beGump LLC ("GUMP", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and how we handle information.
Your data never leaves your machine. GUMP tools run locally — via pip on your hardware, or locally in your browser. We cannot see, access, or store your data. We don't want to. That's the whole point.
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit:
- Your protein sequences (Fold Watch)
- Your organizational data (Org X-Ray)
- Your student or learning data (Learn Engine)
- Your circuit designs or netlists (Chip Fast)
- Your model training data or metrics (AI Trainer)
- Your documents or text (Knowledge Engine, Sfumato)
- Your time series data (Universal Sensor, Dissonance)
- Your financial transactions (Trace)
- Your regulatory documents (Accord)
- Your K-language expressions (Turbo)
- Your signal data (Oracle)
All computation happens on your hardware. The browser tools run entirely in JavaScript — nothing is sent to any server. Period.
Website hosting logs: begump.com is hosted on GitHub Pages with Cloudflare DNS. GitHub and Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of their hosting services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. begump.com uses minimal cookies only for demo usage tracking in the Toybox. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
Email: If you email [email protected], we retain your correspondence for support purposes.
Voluntary support: If you choose to support GUMP, the payment platform or network you use handles that transaction. We do not collect or store payment information. Those transactions are governed by their own privacy policies and network rules.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

GUMP tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of any communications

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, your personal data is processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest (to maintain and improve the website). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
