beGump LLC ("GUMP", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and how we handle information.
Your data never leaves your machine. GUMP products run locally. We cannot see, access, or store your data. We don't want to. That's the whole point.

- Your student or learning data (Learn Engine)
- Your protein sequences (Fold Watch)
- Your circuit designs or netlists (Chip Fast)
- Your model training data or metrics (AI Trainer)

All computation happens on your hardware. Period.
Account and payment information: When you purchase a subscription, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email address, and payment method. We receive your name and email for license delivery and support. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
License validation: Our licensing system may transmit a hashed machine fingerprint and license key to our servers to verify your subscription status. This fingerprint is a one-way hash — it cannot be reversed to identify your hardware specifications.
Website analytics: begump.com is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. There are no cookies on begump.com except those set by Stripe during checkout.
Email: If you email [email protected], we retain your correspondence for support purposes.
- To deliver license keys and product access
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
- To notify you of material changes to our Terms or products
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Payment records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years). Email correspondence is retained for support purposes. License validation logs are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
