Shape

Not a personality test. Not a social score.
A detector for one thing: does this mind update when it's shown it's wrong.
This is the headhunting layer nobody builds because it's easier to filter resumes than to notice thinking. A messy life doesn't mean a messy mind — most systems that decide who gets hired measure circumstance and call it character. This measures the thing underneath: intellectual honesty, checkable the same way Seeing Red checks it — not vibes, not credentials, not compliance. Paste something you actually wrote — an argument, a decision, a real exchange — and see if it fills the shape.

SHAPE REPORT — nothing sent unless you send it yourself
This is the whole consent model: the tool never contacts anyone, stores nothing, and knows nothing about you beyond this one paste. If this scored high and you want it to mean something, you're the one who decides where it goes.

What it actually checks

Updates — does the writing revise a position when new information shows up, or does it defend the original claim regardless of what's in front of it.

Owns being wrong — "I was wrong" and "mistakes were made" are not the same sentence. This checks for the first one.

Real uncertainty — "I don't know" said plainly is a stronger signal than confident language that turns out to be padding. Hedge-as-honesty scores higher than hedge-as-cover.

Notices cracks — does the writing catch its own inconsistency before being shown it, or only after.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't score tone, politeness, likability, or how confident something sounds. Confidence and honesty are different axes — this only measures one of them. It has nothing to do with social behavior. That's a different problem for a different tool, and this one isn't built to touch it.

Why this matters more than a resume

A resume shows you what someone was allowed to do inside a system that already trusted them. This shows you how someone actually thinks under real pressure, independent of whether any system ever gave them the chance to prove it. The best minds are disproportionately the ones circumstance never credentialed — this is built to catch them anyway.
